Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef (tenderloin or sirloin), cut into thin strips
- 4 medium onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced onions, yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, mustard oil, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, black pepper, paprika, cilantro, and mint.
Add the beef strips to the marinade, making sure that all the pieces are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat your grill to high heat.
Skewer the marinated beef strips, making sure to leave some space between each piece.
